Note:† The Marina Committee must approve all rental Agreements.† No vessel may be docked in the Marina until this agreement has been approved and a Marina Committee member has issued a Beachwood Villas Marina sticker.
As slip owner I agree I am responsible for the action of all persons using my slip.† I have provided the renter with a set of the current Marina Rules.† The entire cost of effectuating a legal remedy to enforce compliance, including attorney fees and management charges, shall be added to the account of the violating slip owner.

As a renter of a slip, I am the primary operator of the watercraft and agree that I am responsible for all persons using the slip.† I have read and agree to abide by all Marina rules and regulations.† Violating the rules and regulations could result in removal of my vessel from the Marina.† The entire cost of effectuating a legal remedy to enforce compliance, including attorney fees and management charges, shall be added to the account of the condominium unit owner.
